That makes me very happy to be a lifelong vegetarian! My maternal grandma is a breast cancer survivor, so I want to do everything I can to avoid breast cancer! Thanks for the information! I’m your newest follower from Blog Frog SITS.

I read a book a few years ago that links milk and milk products to Breast Cancer as well. No milk, no soy, no meat, no sugar…what’s left vegetables?! I quit!

I do know from personal experience( not my own, a relative) that soy products increase our estrogen wich is NOT good in cases of breast cancer, I have never been a fan of soy. The Milk, it is because of the hormones that are added that we the consumer are unaware of, HGH, human growth hormones it was found were/ are given to the cows to produce more milk faster, hence we are ingesting HGH. If they do not stop playing with our food system, ruining it, OH did you hear the latest? radiating our food now and do not have to label that is has been radiated. STOP playing with our food, no wonder it’s causing disease that could lead to death. It gets harder and harder for us to protect outselves. Scary place Shawna, right?
