Sunday late afternnon during the snow fall, outside our building

Mayor Bloomberg, NYC’s mayor stated this morning that this is a BAD situation.

We who live here in the city and the adjacent 5 Boroughs are a wee bit frustrated, why?  Let me show you.

I know New Jersey called a State of Emergency,   so why did the city of New York not do the same?,  this is the question I have. I know, if your not living here, this means absolutely nothing to you, but it has many of us NY’ers very very frustrated and upset, and rightly so. Thanks for letting me vent here on the blog.
