I will be navigating the sea’s.
01/14/11 | by admin | Food~ Travel~ Fun | No Comments »-->I have to be honest and tell you that I am so looking forward to getting away from winter, we have had 34 inches of snow in a three week period, this is unusual for my city. I am thank-full we skated by the last storm, leaving a mere 8 inches behind. My home state of Connecticut, was battered, up to 30″ of snow.Interstate I-95 was closed down for a good portion of Wednesday morning, even as more snow was falling. In New York, I 694 and I 84 (Ct) tractor trailers were banned from driving on the roads, also for most of the day. Tonight,I am told, Amtrak has cancelled trains due to downed power lines along the tracks between NY-Boston. YES, I am ready to escape.
So, the trip incentive I won is a cruise and we leaving on Saturday out of Ft.Lauderdale, Florida. We will stop by the Grand Caymen Islands and Cozume,l Mexico.
I am scheduled t swim with dolphins, am I am so excited to do this.
I have a brand new camera, and I will have some fantastic photos to share when I return.
All details are covered by Votre Vu. Airfare, nice state rooms, dinner and drinks one night 1&5, They put cash on our room credit to spend on excursions, the spa or what ever we want to spend it on. They provide us with top notch care.
